Feral Cat Animal Cruelty Trial

The Henrico County Commonwealth's Attorney has brought charges against
Keith Copi of Critter Control for illegally killing three feral cats
trapped on the WRLH Fox Richmond property. Copi is charged with three
counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty with maximum penalties on each
count being 12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine. Copi's trial is set
for this Thursday, August 14 at 9:30 a.m. at the Henrico County
General District Court, located at 4301 East Parham Road.

Alley Cat Rescue is encouraging our members to attend the trial in the
hopes that your presence could help convince the judge to convict Copi
and deliver a significant sentence. We want to convey to the court and
to the public that the killing of feral cats is cruel and will not be
