SecurityException on upgrade to NH 2.1.1 from NH1.2

Just upgrading a project to NH 2.1.1 and I not get this trying to run my asp.net mvc app:

Exception Details:System.Security.SecurityException: That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers.

Wonder how I can go about debugging this? any help is appreciated.
