documentation for WCF Facility

First of all thanks for everyone who contributed to the new
documentation already.
To be honest it exceeded my expectations (especially Martijn's massive
work on MonoRail documentation).

Keep it coming!

I created a placeholder for documentation for WCF Facility:
http://stw.castleproject.org/Windsor.WCF-Integration-Facility.ashx
As its release date is approaching (yes, really!) we should take care of
having good docs for it in place. So I just wanted to bring this
to your attention - if you've used the facility - take a moment to write
some docs. Even a small paragraph matters. It's a wiki after all.
