The issue IOC-ISSUE-135 was just created by Graham Plumb (gplumb).

Summary: Cascading interceptors
Type: New Feature
Importance: Medium
Description:
It would be useful to support attaching an interceptor to a component and have it automatically 'cascade' and attach itself to all of its dependencies (which could be controlled both in code as well as an attribute in the XML on the <interceptor> tag).
This would certainly make it a more compelling feature for logging and tracing bugs when it isn't necessarily clear which class a dependency has resolved to.
