Deleting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio
\9.0\FontAndColors\Cache and restarting VS2008 fixed the issue of the
missing NVelocity elements in the Fonts and Colors dialog.
As with all registry edits, be careful and YMMV =)
