Lost sys.stderr

I am studying castalia and install ubuntu, Omnet, castalia and gnu
plot in my computer. But when I use castalia lot, it shows :"close
failed in file object destructor:sys.except hook
is missing, lost sys.stderr" . What is the problem with my system?

This seems like a generic problem.

Have you tried googling it? I see it returns some finds, relating to pipes in python.

  your problem may not be exact because of the downloaded version of ubuntu or install Castalia or Castalia, preferably try and reinstall the two other times, I've used 3.2 in OMNeT Castalia 4.2.1 on ubuntu 10.04 and  'I integrate the protocol respcte leach into the following steps which are in the readme leach protocol:
 
1. Intall Omnet-4.x
2. Install Castalia-3.2
3. Copy the file adjustmentFile.patch to the Castalia folder. E.g. home/user/Castalia-3.2
4. Open the prompt, go to the Castalia folder and type the following command: patch -p0 -i adjustmentFile.patch
5. Copy the folder leachRouting to the following path Castalia-3.2/src/node/communication/routing/
6. Copy the folder leach to the following path Castalia-3.2/Simulations/
7. Type ./makemake
8. Type make
9. Go to the path Castalia-3.2/Simulations/leach and type the following command: Castalia -i leach.ini -c General
10.  Enjoy :)

Dear all,

I recently had a similar problem. I tried to execute the following terminal command from the Castalia user guide:

>> CastaliaResults -i 101221-191001.txt -s packets | CastaliaPlot -o zigbee-ban-app-4types.png -l bottom

but I forgot to add the word "CastaliaPlot", so I executed:

>> CastaliaResults -i 101221-191001.txt -s packets | -o zigbee-ban-app-4types.png -l bottom

Because of my mistake I got the following error:

-o: command not found

close failed in file object destructor:

sys.excepthook is missing

lost sys.stderr
