Hey All,
We've got a pretty gal impounded at Orange County Animal Services who was found by a very nice lady and her children in a carrier in a park along with another kitty. These two were left in a carrier in the bushes in a park with no food or water. Outrageous. Both were emaciated. One of these cats is an ear-clipped CARE cat who needs somewhere to go. The other cat, unfortunately, is not earclipped and scratched the citizen when she reached in to give them food, so now she's in quarantine for ten days. BUT OUR PRIORITY HERE IS to find placement for the earclipped kitty cat. We are looking for someone to add kitty to their colony. She is labeled as "fearful" and the officer's notes states "semi-friendly". My opinion is that she's not that feral. We strongly suggest crating for a minimum of three weeks to teach kitty that they have a new place to feed and a new mom and dad. Please email carolnee...@gmail.com if you can help, or have suggestions, or know of someone who might be able to help.
