Wish List for Relocation of Universal/Loews Feral Cat Colony

Feline TNR regrets Loews' decision to remove the cats at the Loews
Portofino Bay Hotel, Royal Pacific Resort and Hard Rock located in
Universal Studio, Orlando, FL by utilizing the services of Critter
Control. As many of you are aware, we have had one ear-clipped "CARE cat" impounded so far ("Abbie") and she has been bailed and in
the hands of a feral cat savvy gal, Alejandra P, pending permanent
placement. We expect there could be 15-20+ impoundments that we need
to bail and find placement for. If we are unable to place these cats,
whether temporarily or permanently, they will remain at Orange County
Animal Services and possibly be euthanized.
CARE is a non-profit organization manned by volunteers. We anticipate this project may monopolize our resources and possibly jeopardize other CARE cats that come in from other areas. Please consider DONATING toward the cost of maintaining the kitty cats, purchase of additional carriers and crates for picking up, holding and relocation and general supplies of food, bowls, litter and litter boxes, medical care and medicines. WE ALSO NEED VOLUNTEERS to pick up, temporarily hold and possibly medicate for a period of time, pending permanent placement. Most important...WE NEED FARMS, BARNS, STABLES, SAFE AREAS to permanently place these cats. PERFECT FOR NATURAL RODENT CONTROL. They would be spayed/neutered and medically updated.
