Is there an easy way of exporting the data on this phone and importing it into my new phone?

Love the product; I have used it for years.  Recently I lost the ability to skip forward 30 seconds using the buttons on my steering wheel.  It may have coincided with getting a Garmin watch that in theory can control my podcasts but I haven't made it work and I don't need to be able to from my watch.

Any ideas?
