1. If anyone is interested in going to the OWASP NYC AppSec 2008 conference (9/24-25), one of the organizers told me that it is close to selling out. So, if you are interested, register now. It's cheap (as conferences) go, and if you poke around, I bet you can find a discount code as well ;-)
2. I plan on going to AppSec (and just registered for it) -- but it's on the same slated date as CapSec for that month. I don't think that happy hour should be moved on my account (though I'd love to not miss it), but I would like to know if someone would be willing to be the "organizer" for this month -- really, all you have to do is remind people that it's happening, and be the point of contact in case anything drastic happens and/or things change last minute. I'm sure the happy hour is capable of going on just fine without me.

I haven't seen a lot more voices, but I guess I'll go ahead and bump things to the 17th. However, ironically, I may have to cut things short on the 17th as well, as I have relatives getting in that evening.
