Residential food waste pilot in Bethlehem and Guilderland 
  From Bethlehem Town Recylcing Coordinator Dan Rain: I just had a very exciting conversation with Tyler Holloway of Empire Zero Waste. Their company has been successfully doing composting with the food waste from several local colleges and three local hospitals for about a year now.
