They supply two 5-gallon buckets with easy-to-open screw-top "gamma" lids,
and compostable bag liners.
You fill the buckets with any type of food waste (including fruits and
veggies, grains, even meat, bones and dairy), and soiled paper or
cardboard.
For $5/week, Empire Zero will pick up these buckets once a week, and at the end of the month will return one of them filled with fresh compost for your flower or vegetable garden!
