I've just upgraded to Ruby 1.9.1 and every time I do something with
Capistrano, like cap deploy, or even cap -v, I get this error
http://pastebin.com/f261b7d1f

I tried reinstalling Capistrano gem, but it didn't help. I currently
have installed Capistrano 2.5.10 and ruby 1.9.1p243 (2009-07-16
revision 24175) [i386-mingw32] running on Vista x64 SP2

I suspect this is a windows related problem, as I never came across the DL library before, and from what I can establish it is used for DLLs, not something I have any experience with - officially Windows isn't supported - can you provide more information? Any proof that this is a net-ssh error; and not something with your environment.

If this is a bug, Net::SSH has its own bug tracker at ligthouseapp.com - hopefully we can pin this down before I bounce you somewhere else though!

Looks like it's not a Capistrano bug. I just tried only require
"net/ssh" in IRB and it threw the same exception with uninitialized
constant DL::Importable

whole stacktrace is here http://pastebin.com/m126dfa4a

Yep, But you should go file a bug with those guys, http://net-ssh.lighthouseapp.com/projects/36253-net-ssh/overview - their community is quiet active (and the only reason it's not here, is because I don't know a thing about SSL)

Ohh, I just looked, the bug was reported, with a workaround yesterday;
