Capirca has been updated to revision 113.
This changes adds the ability to use '#include' files in security
policy files,
dramatic improvements in the sane handling of icmp-type codes,
converts the ACL
generation out of the __str__ function and into _Translate functions
to be more
logical and efficient, subclasses most generators "Term" classes from
a shared
aclgenerator.Term() class, includes many bug fixes, code refactoring,
improved
variable names in many places, lot of linting/cleanup and more.
Also update base NETWORK.net definitions, and added a simple shell
script to generate a distribution .tgz file from the working code
base.
