Dave Boulton's memorial service

I have uploaded a PDF of the invitation to his memorial service into
the files section of this group.

I am sorry if some of you folks get more than one notification of the
memorial but I am broadcasting it to try and reach as many people as
possible who knew Dave.

If you can, prepare something to say about Dave at the service.
