Ok, I give. I've installed Tabkeys, but in Preferences>Extensions,
Tabkeys shows up, but the area where the settings should be is blank,
with a grayed out 'No Settings'. Restarted Safari, no change. I've
clicked, option-clicked, command-clicked most everywhere I could think
of, no go.
Anyone, anyone?

Sorry if it's not obvious. You can get to the settings by clicking the Tabkeys Settings button on Safari's toolbar, or by typing Command-Shift-, (comma).
