Hi All,
I have collected the responses, and thanks to everyone who offered their
preferances. Below are the results:

   1. The date that was voted for most was Sunday the 2nd of December.
   2. Almost everyone thinks we should do it in Yarralumla
   3. According to the survey, 34 people (no dogs) will be coming, no
   vegeterians or special diet needs

With that in mind, lets start planning this. I want to start selling
tickets so we can purchase the food. For that, we need to decide what we
want, calculate the cost for a single person, and I can set up a ticket
purchasing site so you can transfer money to us and we will purchase
everything in costco. We were thinking of some knackwursts (costco sells
them in packs of 10, they are easy to cook), a varaiety of soft drinks in
an ice bucket, and BYO if you want something stronger.

We also need to scout a location (which we can do this weekend) - we are
looking for an area with a hot plate, not in the section that doesnt allow
dogs, near the yarralamla dog park. If anyone knows of any tricks to assure
that we will have a good location, please let us know.
