I promoted this on Comicspace today, but forgot to mention it here as
well. That was an oversight that Dwight gently reminded me of... now
I'm correcting that oversight:

It's the name of a comics APA (Amateur Press Association) that I
founded in September of 1990; in 4 months we'llo have our hundredth
issue, and 4 months after that will be our 17th anniversary.

With its advanced age (and an archive at the Library of Canada) we
still have plenty of space for new members - and it would be great to
have more Canadian members (we began in Montreal; we now have members
from Ottawa and Regina as well)!
