Dear Mr. Harper,

I want to commend you for showing such good solid, positive leadership

in meeting with Chief Shawn Atleo. I trust that with good will and
understanding on the issue of treaty relations between our two peoples

you and Chief Atleo will attain a sound, permanent solution that is
mutually beneficial to both the Aboriginal First Nations and Canada.

With faith and confidence I likewise trust, Mr. Harper, that you will

demonstrate equal regard and consideration in addressing an even more

important and pressing issue: our historic Canadian and Natural Law
Right to have “Armes for their Defense”.

I respectfully request that you meet with our CUFOA spokespersons Al
Muir, Joe Gingrich, and myself in Ottawa at you earliest convenience.

At that meeting we respectfully request that you deliver to us your
signed pledge that you will honour the Conservative Party of Canada
Policy to respect “the rights of law-abiding Canadians to own and use

firearms responsibly” as adopted by the Conservative Party of Canada

members in Convention in Montréal in March 2005.

We must have your personal assurance that you will repeal all of the
Liberals’ 1995 Firearms Act and negate the attendant Criminal Code
provisions that made the mere possession of a firearm a criminal
offense. Firearms Act violates our Canadian Charter of Rights and
Freedoms, and destroys the Rule of Law by authorizing the seizure,
forfeiture, and destruction of our personal property without arrest,
charge, or conviction at a trial by jury.

We respectfully request that you deliver this pledge to us before
Thursday, 02 May 2013.

We further request that you provide a draft of the repealing
legislation to the delegates and members of the Conservative Party of

Canada at the first day of the Convention in Calgary on Thursday, 27
June 2013.

We remain loyal supporters of the principles and policy of the
Conservative Party of Canada.

We look forward to your reply.
