Judge Andrew Napolitano takes a close look at the contrast between
a goverment that claims to have a lawful power to kill, but then
seeks to restrict people's ability to defend themselves against
aggressors out to kill. Do they work for us, or is it vice-versa?

the simple fact that we have a President who swore an oath to
uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. Instead,
