A member of the public who was concerned about a mandatory mass vaccination
program in light of the swine flu pandemic called the Arkansas State Health
Department for advice only to be told that mandatory vaccines were
constitutional and could be enforced at gunpoint by the government if
necessary.
The editor of the popular blog "Pissed Off Former Democrat" phoned the legal
council at the Arkansas State Health Department to seek advice about
obtaining waiver forms for a future mass swine flu vaccination program.
One of his main concerns centered around the fact that the company chosen to
mass produce the swine flu vaccine, Baxter International, were recently
caught in a scandal after it emerged they had sent out vaccines contaminated
with the H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries from their Austrian branch. It
was only by providence that the contamination was found after the batch was
first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for
injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was
made.
Some Czech newspapers speculated at the time that Baxter was embroiled in a
conspiracy to provoke a pandemic from which it would reap billions in
profits from producing the vaccine to counter a bird flu outbreak.
As we have previously covered, the last time the government ordered a mass
vaccination drive in response to a swine flu outbreak, the program had to be
stopped short after the shots caused over 500 cases of Guillain-Barre
syndrome, a severe paralyzing nerve disease. 30 people died as a direct
result of the vaccinations.
During the phone conversation, the legal council discusses the potential of
a future mandatory swine flu vaccination program and states, "That's
constitutional, there's no doubt about it..mandatory vaccinations are legal
under the Supreme Court..absolutely."
The caller responds, "I'm an American and I have a legal right to make my
own decision whether or not someone sticks a needle in me," to which the
legal council responds, "That's not true..no."
"As a lawyer you believe that I don't have the right to deny a vaccination,"
asks the caller," to which the legal council responds, "Absolutely..I don't
know why you have a problem with that..mandatory vaccines are
constitutional," adding that it doesn't matter about personal or religious
objections.
The caller then asks how the mandatory vaccine would be enforced by law,
"for example somebody sticking a gun in my face," to which the legal council
responds, "you could be held liable."
The legal council at the Arkansas State Health Department cites the 1905
Supreme Court case of Jacobson v Massachusetts to argue that governments can
force citizens to take vaccines.
Less than 50 years before, in Dred Scott v. Sandford, the Supreme Court also
ruled that black people were slaves - property of their slaveowners with no
inherent rights whatsoever.
22 years after Jacobson v Mass., in Buck v Bell, the Supreme Court also
ruled that people designated "feeble-minded" by the government could be
sterilized.
The fact that the Supreme Court made a ruling over 100 hundred years ago
saying the government could inject people by force doesn't make it morally
or constitutionally justifiable.
To stick needles in people at gunpoint by government decree is blatantly
unconstitutional under any reasonable definition of basic human rights or
the freedoms enumerated by the founders in the constitution itself.
American Indians were rounded up and sent to death camps under legal orders,
but that didn't make it right or justifiable.
Hitler's mistreatment of Jews, Gypsies, political dissidents, homosexuals
and others who resisted government policies imposed during times of
"emergency" in Nazi Germany was all perpetrated behind a thin veil of
legality, but that didn't make it right either.
As a member at the Prison Planet Forum points out, "Tyrannical evil loves to
mask itself in the robes of righteousness, to justify itself with legal
documents, to trample the very ideas of what Law and Right mean. Resisting
that evil, rising against that tyranny, by saying No More. That is right."
As we previously reported, Time Magazine has been preparing Americans to
accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations, reporting on April 28th that a
mass vaccination program is being readied to combat swine flu while also
urging Americans to "trust that the government is working for the greater
good" and to not resist draconian measures.

He's also forgetting a few things.
First, this is within the environment of U.S. law, not Canadian, the two are
different.
Second, The dialogue obviously was from a guy who had an obvious chip on his
shoulder wanting to rattle the cage.
Third, It would be doubtful that there would be any health association
sticking guns in people's faces.
In fact in British Columbia, when it comes to disasters,there are evacuation
orders, but if a person insists on staying, all the rescuers can do is get
the names and contact of next of kin, and tell them they are on their own.
This happened during
the Lillooet / Gold Bridge fire, but fortunately no one was killed by the
fire.
A person is taking an awful risk if there's a need for vaccinations, and
they decide to go with Mark's advice.

Austrian journalist Jane B�rgermeister, who recently filed criminal
charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United
Nations (UN), and several high ranking government and corporate officials
concerning bioterrorism, has been fired from her job. "On Monday, I was
unexpectedly fired from my job as European Correspondent of the Renewable
Energy World website," B�rgermeister writes on her blog.
"Because there is reason to believe this decision was related to my filing
charges alleging bioterrorism against the people of the USA and the rest of
the world, and because I am entitled as a citizen to report a crime if there
is credible evidence, I intend to file a lawsuit against Pennwell, a
magazine," she explains. "I have heard of other journalists fired or
harassed for covering this subject."
In a document entitled Bioterrorism Evidence, B�rgermeister points to an
international corporate criminal syndicate and extensively details its plan
to carry out mass genocide against the American people by unleashing a
deadly flu virus and instituting a forced vaccination program.
"There is proof many organizations - World Health Organization, UN as well
as vaccine companies such as Baxter and Novartis - are part of a single
system under the control of a core criminal group, who give the strategic
leadership, and who have also funded the development, manufacturing and
release of artificial viruses in order to justify mass vaccinations with a

B�rgermeister says the core group sets its strategic goals in secret using

In her lawsuit, B�rgermeister alleges that a manufactured flu pandemic "is
part of a long term plan by the syndicate, who have built large numbers of
FEMA concentration camps with incinerators and prepared mass graves in state
such as Indiana and in New York to quarantine people and dispose of the
bodies of the people who are killed by the bioweapons attack."

defendants. The WHO, European Union, the CDC and other research labs, FEMA,
vaccine companies, and the DHS have interacted with each other to develop

leveraged funding through the banking system and its global drug trade

The Rockefeller Foundation has funded the eugenics movement for over a

political associates organized the racial mass murder program of Nazi

Billionaires Ted Turner and Warren Buffett have funded the eugenics

financier, have started putting their money into population control

B�rgermeister's charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian
subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live
bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories
in four counties. B�rgermeister "noted that Baxter's lab in Austria, one of
the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to
the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified
as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent
biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the
ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau,"
writes Barbara Minton for Health News.
On June 29, B�rgermeister sent an email to the Fourwinds 10 website
indicating she plans to take legal action against Sorcha Faal, a mysterious
writer often accused of penning sensationalistic disinformation. "I can
confirm I am the Jane Burgermeister who sent the email to Fourwinds10
setting the record straight about Sorcha Faal's false report linking my
charges against Baxter for their role in contaminating vaccine material with
72 kgs of live bird flu virus and the sudden death of Michael Jackson," she
wrote. "I am now looking at legal action against whoever writes under the
name of Sorcha Faal. I believe this is a deliberate and cynical attempt by
the people behind Baxter etc to manipulate public opinion by trivializing
Michael Jackson's death and the Baxter investigation."
Faal's disinfo worked so well that even medical doctors emailed
B�rgermeister asking her to confirm the link to Michael Jackson. "I have had
to spend a lot of time explaining that the Sorcha Faal report is a tissue of
lies," B�rgermeister complained.

There are some factors that suggest the swine flu killing people in Mexico
may be a biological weapon, but obviously no such conclusion can be drawn at
this time. The World Health Organization and the U.S. government have been
quick to deny such claims.
The swine flu virus is described as a completely new strain, an
intercontinental mixture of human, avian and swine viruses. Tellingly, there
have been no reported A-H1N1 infections of pigs.
According to a source known to former NSA official Wayne Madsen, "A top
scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the
deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, concluded that
H1N1 possesses certain transmission "vectors" that suggest that the new flu

Madsen claims that his source, and another in Indonesia, "Are convinced
that the current outbreak of a new strain of swine flu in Mexico and some
parts of the United States is the result of the introduction of a
human-engineered pathogen that could result in a widespread global pandemic,
with potentially catastrophic consequences for domestic and international
travel and commerce."
However, it's important to stress that it is far too early to make this
assumption. We have to bear in mind that the number of victims has been
comparatively low when one considers the fact that hundreds of thousands in
Mexico contract infectious diseases every year related to poverty like
tuberculosis and malaria.
Fort Detrick, the U.S. Army Medical Command installation that was the
source of the 2001 anthrax attacks, is again attracting suspicion in light
of the swine flu panic after it was revealed that criminal investigators are
probing whether virus samples recently went missing from its biolabs.
"Chad Jones, spokesman for Fort Meade, said CID is investigating the
possibility of missing virus samples from the U.S. Army Medical Research
Institute of Infectious Diseases," reports The Frederick News.
In February, USAMRIID halted their work when virus samples were discovered
that were not listed in its inventory. Criminal investigators from the U.S.
Army Criminal Investigation Division unit at Fort Meade are now probing
whether virus samples are missing from the Army's top biolab, which also
studies pathogens including ebola, anthrax and plague.
Obviously, in light of the current swine flu scare, and the new strain's
possible synthetic origin, the fact that virus samples may have gone missing
from the same Army research lab from which the 2001 anthrax strain was
released is extremely disturbing.
A 2008 FBI and DOJ investigation concluded that Bruce Edwards Irvins, a
microbiologist, vaccinologist, and senior biodefense researcher at the
United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases
(USAMRIID) in Fort Detrick, Maryland, was responsible for mailing anthrax to
members of Congress and the media in September and October 2001.
The fact that Irvins apparently committed suicide shortly before the
announcement led many to suspect that he was a patsy in a wider plot.
Despite the suspicious circumstances, no autopsy was carried out on Irvins'
body. His attorney was certain that Irvins, who had cooperated with the
6-year investigation, was innocent of the five anthrax deaths.
The Department of Justice initially considered Dr. Steven Jay Hatfill to
be a strong suspect in the anthrax attacks, but he later sued the government
and won $5.8 million in damages. A New York Times piece on Irvins' suicide
asked the hypothetical question: "What if Dr. Hatfill had committed suicide
in 2002, as friends feared he might? Would the investigators have released
their evidence and announced that the perpetrator was dead?"

Mandatory H1N1 Vaccine May Be in the Works

In a recent article on the unfolding economic collapse, Rep. Ron Paul
warns that the hysterically hyped H1N1 flu "pandemic" may result in the
government requiring mandatory flu vaccinations. "Nearly $8 billion will be
spent to address a 'potential pandemic flu' which could result in mandatory
vaccinations for no discernible reason other than to enrich the
pharmaceutical companies that make the vaccine," writes Paul.
On May 30, the French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche reported a plan by
the Sarkozy government to launch "an obligatory vaccination campaign for all
French of more than 3 months of age." On May 15, Bloomberg reported that
France, the UK, Belgium and Finland agreed to buy about 158 million shots
from London-based Glaxo and Baxter International Inc.
Health and Human Services Secretary (and Bilderberg member) Kathleen
Sebelius told the Associated Press on June 16 that she is urging school
superintendents around the country to spend the summer preparing for a
massive swine flu vaccine this fall and added that schools are being put on
notice that they might be turned into factory assembly line shot clinics.
"If you think about vaccinating kids, schools are the logical place,"
Sebelius said.
On May 6, the Obama administration announced "an unprecedented fall
vaccination campaign that could entail giving Americans three flu shots -
one to combat annual seasonal influenza and two targeted at the new swine
flu virus spreading across the globe," the Washington Post reported.
I am old enough to remember the last time the government did this. It was
the late 1950s and as an elementary school student I was lined up with my
fellows and marched into a classroom to get a polio vaccination. Earlier in
the decade Jonas Salk had successfully mass-produced a polio vaccine by
growing a form of the virus on the kidneys of rhesus monkeys. In 1960,
however, researchers found that the polio vaccine was infected with another
virus called "Simian Virus 40." It was discovered that this virus causes
brain and lung cancers. It took forty years for this cancer to be
investigated.
Merck and other big pharma corporations told the Surgeon General they were
unable remove the "contamination" from their Salk and Sabin vaccines (the
latter an oral version of the polio vaccine) but the government refused.
Michele Carbone, Assistant Professor of Pathology at Loyola University in
Chicago, has recently isolated fragments of the SV-40 virus in human bone
cancers and in a lethal form of lung cancer called mesothelioma. He found
SV-40 in 33% of the osteosarcoma bone cancers studied, in 40% of other bone
cancers, and in 60% of the mesotheliomas lung cancers, writes Geraldo
Fuentes.
If you watch television, you may have caught an ad about lawsuits
pertaining to mesothelioma. It is said mesothelioma is a result of asbestos
exposure, but research reveals that 50% of the current mesotheliomas being
treated no longer occur due to asbestos but rather the SV-40 virus contained
in the polio vaccination. In addition, according to researchers from the
Institute of Histology and General Embryology of the University of Ferrara,
SV-40 has turned up in a variety other tumors. By the end of 1996, dozens of
scientists reported finding SV40 in a variety of bone cancers and a wide
range of brain cancers, which had risen 30 percent over the previous 20
years.
The SV-40 virus is now being detected in tumors removed from people never
inoculated with the contaminated vaccine, leading some to conclude that
those infected by the vaccine might be spreading SV40.
The first swine flu vaccine, polio vaccines, smallpox vaccine, anthrax
vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, and most recently Lyme disease vaccine that
crippled approximately 750,000 people within months of its release and prior
to its recall by the FDA contain "vaccine-injury certainty," explains Dr.
Leonard G. Horowitz.
Horowitz continues:
Most people fail to realize all vaccines carry a list of ingredients
that typically increase human disease and death (i.e., morbidity and
mortality). These include toxic elements and chemicals such as mercury,
aluminum, formaldehyde and formalin (used to preserve corpses), MSG, foreign
genetic material, and risky proteins from various species of bacteria,
viruses, and animals that have been scientifically associated with
triggering autoimmune disorders and certain cancers. A growing body of
scientific evidence strongly suggests vaccines are largely responsible for
increasing cases of autism and other learning disabilities, chronic fatigue,
fibromyalgia, Lupus, MS, ALS, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, hay fever,
allergies, chronic draining ear infections, type 1 autoimmune diabetes, and
many, many more pandemics. These chronic ailments are said to require
long-term medical care for the patients' management causing toxic side
effects resulting in America's leading killer - iatrogenic disease. That is,
vaccines and other pharmaceutical industry inventions are literally killing
or disabling millions with little effort on the part of government officials
and their drug industry cohorts to arrest this scourge.
Of course, this is not particularly revelatory considering our globalist
rulers are a pack of eugenicists determined to reduce world population to
500 million, as brazenly announced on the Georgia Guidestones and published
in a pile of globalist white papers and other documentation right out in the
open and in our faces.

levels," declared Thomas Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the
State Department's Office of Population Affairs, an office established in
1975 by the arch-criminal Henry Kissinger. Depopulation policy became the
top priority under the agenda of the NSC, Club of Rome and U.S. policymakers
like Gen. Alexander Haig, Cyrus Vance, Ed Muskie and Kissinger.
It is well known that the Rockefeller Foundation is the prime sponsor of
public relations for the United Nations' drastic depopulation program.
"Evidence in the possession of a growing number of researchers in America,
England, and Germany demonstrates that the Foundation and its corporate,
medical, and political associates organized the racial mass murder program
of Nazi Germany," writes Anton Chaitkin. "These globalists, who function as
a conduit for British Empire geopolitics, were not stopped after World War

poses an even graver danger to the world today than it did in 1941."
The eugenicists are back with their latest program to kill an untold
number of people under the cover of the "swine flu pandemic." If you line up
for a vaccination contaminated with mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and
other toxins - and a possible agent for future cancers designed to decimate
world population - you need to have your head examined.
However, as Ron Paul indicates, you may not have a choice - the government
may force you to choose between a toxic vaccine and a FEMA camp.
The H1N1 vaccine now being rushed into production is in essence and
experimental drug. According to Nuremberg Code used in the military
tribunals against the eugenicist Nazis, medical experiments are expressly
forbidden. "No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori
reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur," the code
states, "except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental
physicians also serve as subjects."
Citing the Nuremberg Code will be of little use when the government shows
up and demands you submit to a vaccination.
You may have to react in a more proactive manner.

support of your claim that vaccination would be mandatory. These
documents at no point mentioned vaccination and in fact did not
support your claims in any way.. I pointed this out. That was a
