TORONTO — A Hells Angels sergeant-at-arms who sold thousands of
dollars worth of cocaine in a Home Depot parking lot was found guilty
today of trafficking in association with a criminal organization.
For the second time this fall, Ontario Superior Court Justice John
McMahon has found the Hells Angels to be a criminal organization, an
issue which must be separately determined for each offender.
He compared the Canadian branch of the motorcycle club to a coffee
franchiser whose product is cocaine.
Brian (Block) Jeffrey, 50, a full-patch member of the Simcoe chapter
of the Hells Angels, had already pleaded guilty to trafficking a total
$135,000 worth of cocaine in 2006 — about $34,000-worth on four
separate occasions, twice in a Home Depot parking lot in Woodbridge,
once in a Tim Hortons parking lot in Toronto.
But he pleaded not guilty to selling the four kilograms of cocaine in
association with a criminal organization.
Today's conviction on that count means several years will likely be
added to Jeffrey's sentence and he will take longer to get parole.
He returns for sentencing Jan. 14.
Federal prosecutor Tom Andreopoulos is expected to ask for about nine
years.
Outside court, Jeffrey, a stocky man in ill-health who walks with a
cane, complained that the court convicted him on the basis of a “known
criminal's” word.
Steven Gault, an Oshawa Chapter Hells Angels member and paid police
informant, bought the cocaine from Jeffrey and was key to the
conviction of several others members or associates of the outlaw club.
Jeffrey was charged in a massive police operation called Project
Tandem, involving 500 officers from 11 forces. The total value of the
drugs seized was $3 million.

Good for this judge. Too bad that in BC we have judges like Peter
Leask who should be removed from the bench. Meanwhile the Plante trial
is going on with testimony about a beating at the home of HA full
patch Randy Potts. Court has heard how HAMC members helped Plante get
a job at the Cecil Hotel as a bouncer and made him an official
"friend" of the club.

is involved with
extortion, homicide, kidnapping, prostitution, meth and cocaine
dealing, rape, armed robbery and motorcycle theft and child
pornography
as well as phony currency and witness intimidation and obstruction of
justice. They have been known to bribe and scare law enforcement
officers and judges into doing their bidding. These ppl must be
rooted
out of the Cdn justice system. Three judges including Ontario Superior
Court Justice John McMahon have actually done their
job
and declared HAMC a criminal org and the Victoria Times-Colonist is
calling for it to be banned as a terrorist org.

The White Rock chapter Sgt.Of Arms, Villy Roy Lynnerup, recently was
arrested for trying to board an airplane at YVR
with a loaded firearm. Was probably going to crash the plane into the
Downtown courthouse or hold the passengers hostage in exchange for
the
release of Moms Boucher and all imprisoned full patch members. All
the
Hell's Angels, their supporters, associates etc. should be imprisoned
for twenty years
their children put in foster care and their assets seized.
Ppl are trying to get HAMC listed as a terrorist org. If you support

then write letters to editors of local newspapers and your local MP.
As well John Les the solicitor-general of BC before he resigned has
advocated banning
the wearing of gang colours such as biker patches in bars. Perhaps
John VanDongen can finish the job he started. Since HA
is
known to frequent Brandi’s and the Cecil and has links to
various bars in BC that would be an improvement. The gang has a
history of intimidating
bartenders, infiltrating unions involved in the bar industry, beating
and killing strippers and beating customers to death at random for no
reason. Contact your MLA as well as the local media and tell them you
want this implemented sooner rather than later.
VPD is appealing again for info about the homicide of Maria Yvette
Monzon who was shot dead on the westside of Vancouver. She was killed
by HA but the police have never stated that. There is a reward.
