Hi
What I am trying to find out is if a grandparent has any legal right's as
to visiting grandchildren if one of the parents want to stop visits as a
threat or because they are mad? If anyone can help me I much appreciate
it.

You could seek an access order from the courts.

You must let the visiting take place because one family, parent is one
blood.
if you trying to stop it, you are in wrong doing to the grandchildren
because grandparent had all legal right to visit grandchildren.
