OFFSHORE PIPE LINE - OPI - SINGAPORE
Seconded to OPI to conduct WQT and PQT for Sarawak Shell Berhad, MLNG - Dua
pipeline installation project. Utilising the SMAW/CRC Automatic pipe welding technique.
Carry out inspection and NDE review including inspection of riser pipe and clamp during
fabrication for the expansion loop lines.
Du Pont Adi-Pure Project
Represent the end user as the Lead Mechanical QA/QC during construction and
installation of mechanical equipments and pressure vessel associated with construction of
this 500 million dollars plus project, responsibilities include :-
1. Receiving inspection of equipments
2. Check/Review equipments/heavy lifting rigging plan and procedure
3. Monitor equipment storage and organise Preventive M<aintenance
4. Check equipment location/foundation as per design drawing :-
a. Check orientation/loca6tion/projection of anchor bolts
b. Check and establish equipment elevation and preparing of choke pile grout
c. Review foundation concrete test certificate before installation
5 Monitor equipment lifting/installation works
