Bell takeover is Kaput!

Bell in their infinite wisdom while trying to break the guinness book of
records for the longest stalling period before a takeover has just put
the kibosh on the takeover deal. In America takeover deals take place in
a few days flat they don't take a year of twiddling thumbs and watching
the grass grow like up in CanaDUH! I guess Bell went brain dead and the
rest is history so is the takeover deal.
