Voisine did not get the boot from
Toronto FreeNet. He forged an approval
message to a moderated newsgroup. See
that screws even people who believe in
freedom of speech... because then there's
no-place safe for people who want more
controlled discussions. And it invites
censorship of UNmoderated newsgroups.
Voisine fucked with people who VOLUNTARILY
chose moderated forums. That is the same as
fucking with people who CHOOSE unmoderated
forums. Unacceptable. If the common law
was up to date on the E-Media he'd be in
front of a judge right about now for fraud,
electronic forgery and misrepresentation.
And Voisine would be royally screwed. He's
lucky it ain't a few years down the road.
