Looks like investor backlash against being jewed to pay for other businesses
operated by friends of the mayor has started.

The $35 million Boyle Renaissance Project lost the major investor, now causing a
10 million dollar shortfall according to QMI news.

Now the developer wants stupid taxpayers to make up the shortfall.

Tuesday 2 November, Octane Racing announced they are no longer
interested in continuing the Indy race, BECAUSE OF MASSIVE LOSSES OF AROUND $3
million this year, on top of $10 million lost the 2 years previous.

Just another damn business demanding stupid taxpayers pay them off.

Looks like Calgary will be benefitting from the Edmonton screwup,
as well as those businesses moving from Deadmonton to Calgary.

Corporation complained to media that his town had less than a 1.5 out of 10
worldwide recognition for tourism.

Actually DEADMONTON Canada has a 15 out of 10 worldwide recognition, but for
all the wrong reasons.

Guess Ferguson must be high on the green herb, to have forgotten the front
covers of the SUN newspapers in his town, and Calgary, for 31 July 2011 -
DEADMONTON - CITY OF HOMICIDES - MURDER CAPITAL CANADA.

By year end his town had 49 admitted murders, many times the murders in
Calgary !

How about constant news stories about crooked cops in Edmonton Police -
Wasylychen son of former police chief convicted at least 3 times of torturing,
$250,000 ,embezzlement by Zenari, tortures and killing by cops, etc.

Anti-business policies of city council, as in case of Hong Kong billionaire
Hop Lee. When they complained to Council, they were told if they did not like
it, then go back to Hong Kong.

Remember a few years ago the anti business action of city council regarding
Walmart.Walmart were refused a permit, even though it would have created
hundreds of needed jobs.

No wonder so many businesses, and tens of thousands of jobs are
leaving Deadmonton.

How many major developments in Deadmonton will now get cancelled by
developers, in protest at having to pay extra taxes just to line the pockets
of jew katz and his damn arena?


How many more businesses, fed up with being jewed, will close and
take jobs elsewhere ?

Snow removal is a sick joke.Sensible cities comparable in size such as
Ottawa and Winnipeg get all roads cleared of snow within 24 hours.
Edmonton took over 4 weeks last winter,at astronomic cost.

Wastage of city taxes seems to be the hallmark of the incompetents on
council. 2 sickening examples were $600,000 for a few stell ball, paid
not to a Canadian but a yank; then $800,000 for a stupid balloon.

The city closed down the airport in town, so that property developers
can make hundreds of millions in profits. At the same time communities
in northern Alberta who used and depended on the Muni Airport now
boycott DEADMONTON
in protest. They have transferred their business to Calgary and Vancouver.

By the way the airport at Leduc, called Edmonton International, drains $8
million to $12 million from Edmonton taxpayers, even though it benefits
another city.

In fact, the Edmonton airport gets only HALF the passengers of Calgary
airport. Most international airlines avoid YEG, and according to local TV
news, overseas tickets when flying from Calgary, can be as much as $1,000
per person CHEAPER than flying from Edmonton. A family of 4 could save up to
$4,000.

In Edmonton, the penalty for motor manslaughter = killing someone with a car,
is only between $115 to $1,500. Like in Manila.

Plus, the dump is too cold in winter, and infested with bloodsucking mosquitos
in summer.

The city goes out of the way, to discourage new businesses.
De Dutch Pannekoek House Restaurants, was supposed have its Edmonton debut
in June. Waring partly blames the delay on red tape and a slow-moving city
bureaucracy.

communities, and without speaking ill of the folks at City Hall here, we ran

Grosvenor's 'news tips'"
Alberta Report, July 3, 1989

The Ghermezians backed their application for the gag order with
stories from Alberta Report and the West German newspaper Die
Zeit. Alberta Report has also obtained numerous letters, court
documents, newspaper articles - even Grosvenor's own resume -
dating back to 1970, revealing that Grosvenor, 48, has a
criminal record for assault and extortion, that he was diagnosed
at Riverview Psychiatric Hospital in British Columbia in 1973 as
suffering from a paranoid personality disorder, and that his
harassment of the Ghermezians is only the latest in a 20-year
series of vendettas against corporations and individuals,
including leading figures of the British Columbia legislature
and judiciary. The documents also reveal a remarkable
willingness on the part of some newspapers to accept Grosvenor
at face value. The Edmonton Journal, in particular, has
described him over the years as a "consultant," an "import-
export consultant" and "president of an international management
consulting firm," lending Grosvenor a credibility which his
history shows is not deserved.

William David Michael Grosvenor's career as a self-described
opponent of graft and corruption began shortly after he arrived
in Toronto (he says from England) in the mid-1960s, and it got
off to an inauspicious start. According to a Vancouver Sun story
about Grosvenor in July 1970, Grosvenor was fined $50 in April
1967 for assaulting a security guard who was attempting to eject
him from a bank he was picketing over alleged "irregularity." At
about the same time, Grosvenor claimed credit for uncovering
wrongdoing in the affairs of Prudential Finance Corp., an
Ontario company that collapsed owing creditors $20 million. But
then-Finance minister Mitchell Sharp told parliament that
Grosvenor had "revealed nothing of value." Indeed, Mr. Sharp
believed that Grosvenor, who describes himself in his resume as
"a registered expert on fraudulent bankruptcies with the RCMP,"
had probably been fired by Prudential's auditors. In 1968, after
a brief stint with an accounting firm in Halifax (where he
changed his name from Gruber), Grosvenor left for Prince Rupert,
B.C., where he found work with accountant Odd Eidsvik. A source
claims Mr. Eidsvik soon became disenchanted with Grosvenor's
work and cut his pay in half.

It was while living in Prince Rupert that Grosvenor discovered a
new avenue for pursuing his many grievances: the courts. In
February 1970, Grosvenor charged Prince Rupert MLA William
Murray and provincial court Judge W.N. Poole under the B.C.
Companies Act with failing to file an annual return for
companies of which he claimed they were directors. A district
judge promptly threw out the charges, noting that Grosvenor had
failed to make even a prima facie case that Mr. Murray and Judge
Poole were directors of the companies in question - but not
before the story was picked up and prominently displayed by the
Vancouver Province, which printed the news of the charges
without comment. At about the same time, Grosvenor charged the
local Bank of Montreal with forgery. Again the case was
dismissed, with Judge J.T. Harvey labelling Grosvenor a "master
of malice" for bringing an action against a bank that had
intended only to spare him the embarrassment of having a cheque
bounce.

All told, Grosvenor brought seven court cases in less than a
year while living in Prince Rupert. Four never got to trial, two
were dismissed and one ended with Grosvenor being ordered to pay
a counter-claim larger than the amount owed him. In July 1970,
Mr. Justice A.B. Macfarlane of the B.C. Supreme Court invoked a
law designed to prevent abuse of the courts to prohibit
Grosvenor from instituting any new legal proceedings in the
province without the permission of a court. In the meantime,
Grosvenor himself had faced charges. In April 1970 he was
convicted of attempting to extort $50 from Prince Rupert
businessman Campbell McLeod by threatening to prosecute him
under the B.C. Companies Act. He was sentenced to one day in
jail and fined $400.

Shortly thereafter Grosvenor moved to suburban Vancouver, where
he found a new target in General Motors Canada Ltd. (GM),
manufacturers of the problem-plagued Firenza. In May 1973 he and
a woman named Hendrika Peeters, with whom he shared a New
Westminster address, stationed themselves outside a Vancouver GM
dealership and attempted to steer potential customers to another
GM dealership a few blocks away. "It is utterly incredible to
me," said Mr. Justice A.A. Mackoff of the B.C. Supreme Court in
issuing an injunction barring Grosvenor from the site, "that a
group saying it seeks to relay information about General Motors
should have the temerity to say this GM dealer is a good guy and
the other GM dealer, who sells the same products they labelled
as junk, is a bad guy." Throughout the affair, Grosvenor passed
himself off as the B.C. representative of the respected
Automobile Protection Association (APA), prompting APA president
Phil Edmonston to ask B.C.'s attorney- general to investigate
whether Grosvenor had been "soliciting money or carrying out
other undesirable activities in our name."

Grosvenor dropped out of sight during the mid-1970s, during
which time he claims to have been a consultant, "processed for
top secret and military security clearance," to the prime

called the assistance given to the diplomats by Kenneth Taylor,

In the intervening years, Grosvenor has waged an unceasing
campaign intended, in his words "to put the Ghermezians out of
business." After returning from West Germany last week,
Grosvenor was holed up in his home in Edmonton's Dickinsfield
neighbourhood, reportedly refusing service of the Triple Five
gag order. The company's lawyers were preparing to go to court
again Monday morning for an order allowing them to nail the
injunction to the door of Grosvenor's home, which is in fact
owned by his wife, Sario. Grosvenor could also face extortion
charges in connection with his campaign against the Ghermezians.
According to a $22-million lawsuit filed against him by the
family, Grosvenor told a Ghermezian associate that a payment of
$1.2 million would leave him "too busy to continue his
harassment of the plaintiffs for at least three year." The
Ghermezians intend to keep him quiet for a lot longer than that.

Identification of the Defendant

[12] I did have some initial concerns as to the reliability
of the plaintiff�s identification of the defendant as the author
of the Postings and the Emails, notwithstanding the deemed
admission of the truth of the allegations by virtue of the
operation of the Rules, which arguably could be said to only
amount to deemed admissions by a defendant called William
Grosvenor, without there being an evidentiary link to establish
that the person who was served with the Statement of Claim was
the same person who was the author of the Postings and the
Emails.

[13] My review of the evidence satisfies me, however, that
the plaintiff has proved the defendant to be the author of the
Postings and the Emails. I accept the plaintiff�s analysis of
the issue of identification contained in paragraphs 11�18 of the
Affidavit, as supplemented by his evidence at trial.

[14] The following evidence is particularly persuasive. In
1996 by way of an Internet posting, a person who identified
himself as William Grosvenor called on �mature ladies� to
contact him at a certain address in Edmonton. This was the same
address used to serve the Statement of Claim on the defendant
with the same name. The defendant of the same name responded,
giving this same address in his Notice of Intent to Defend. The
Emails began on January 16, 2008, which was the day after the
Statement of Claim had been served on the defendant. The first
of the Emails repeated, in the same words, the invitation to
others to harm the plaintiff and the links to the plaintiff�s
former home address combined with an aerial photograph, as had
been contained in some of the previous Postings. The further
Emails have continued some of the same patterns exhibited by the
Postings in terms of their style, content and obsessions.

Summary of the Admitted Facts

[15] The Postings by the defendant began, as far as the
plaintiff is aware, in the spring of 2006 and they continue to
be made at the present time. The Postings have been published
throughout Canada and the world by way of Google website groups,
Mailgate website groups and NNTP2HTTO.com website groups. The
plaintiff understands the servers for these website groups are
in California U.S.A, Italy and Germany respectively.

[16] The First Posting from the defendant, as referred to
in the Statement of Claim, is dated August 25, 2006. It
contains the following words (they are an excerpt only) that
were then posted on the Internet by the defendant at least 11
times:

I mean, what

imprison and harass and victimize people while we stand by and
smile? Let him meet his just fate � execution at the hands
of a people�s government.

[17] The Second Posting from the defendant, as referred to
in the Statement of Claim, is dated September 7, 2006. It

were then posted on the Internet by the defendant at least 3
times:

in the Statement of Claim, is dated October 3, 2006. It
contains the same words referred to in the above excerpt as were
in the Second Posting. The defendant then posted these words on
the Internet at least 18 times.

[19] The Fourth Posting from the defendant, as referred to
in the Statement of Claim, is dated December 29, 2006. It
contains the following words (they are an excerpt only) that
were then posted on the Internet by the defendant at least 14
times:

[33] The Emails are also repetitive of the same themes.
The plaintiff received the first of the Emails on January 16,
2008, the day after the service of the Statement of Claim on the
defendant. On January 19, 2008, six identical Emails were sent
to the plaintiff with only the �Subject� line changed. Since
January 2008, the plaintiff has received over 60 Emails from the
defendant. In March 2008, the following threat was included by
the defendant and repeated 4 times:

Why haven�t you followed up on your
threat to sue him, asshole? We all know why: because
you are a cowardly bully who only picks on people who
can�t fight back. Your day of reckoning is coming, you

[34] The defendant has continued the Postings and the
Emails, notwithstanding the plaintiff�s service on him in
November 2007 of a Notice of Libel pursuant to the Libel and
Slander Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. L.12 (the �Act�) regarding some of
the Postings and also notwithstanding, as mentioned before, the
service on him of the Statement of Claim and the response from
him by way of a Notice of Intent to Defend. The Postings and
the Emails continue at the present time. The Postings have
never been removed or retracted and the defendant has never
apologized to the plaintiff for the Postings and the Emails.

1. He is a complete, useless failure. He screws up everything he
