Dear all,
No NGO can operate an hospital in Cambodia without respecting the CPP rule which is, in order to operate an hospital, all the NGO hospital funds must be transferred to the CPP people. And this without exception.
If the NGO operators don't agree with that CPP rule, the NGO would never ever get the authorization to operate in Cambodia.
