A few years ago I was driven into by a taxi driver who intended to
intimidate me but misjudged.  I complained to the police but they did
nothing.  Two complaints to the police and two appeals to the IPCC
later all I have to show for it is an abiding bitterness.

On CCTV.  I have watched the video and it clearly shows the driver
driving into the cyclist with at the very least total disregard for
their presence.  The driver was not even given a slap on the wrist by
anyone.
