I'd try the guy on the market who has a stall opp. Gt St Mary's most days
I've passed by. He closes early about 3pm IIRC but has a pretty
comprehensive range of tea and coffee and IME it's fresh.

I would second the chap on the market for freshness and general
service, although I don't know whether he stocks Sencha (but he has a
pretty impressive range, so I wouldn't be surprised if he did)

I'm delighted to hear it. Make the most of it he's told me he comes
from Bury every day (St Edmunds before somebody makes Manchester jokes)
and is going to pack up in a couple of years.
