The countdown has started! Less than two weeks until the Sustainability Summit! Attached is a flier about the event and below is an e-mail announcement.
We are asking two things of you all:
1) RSVP for lunch (if you are planning on coming)! It is free and a vegetarian meal from Cafe De La Paz, so you should come! Also, our keynote speaker, Michel Gelobter will be talking about social justice issues and climate change.
2) Please forward on the invitation below and the flier to your colleagues even if they aren't involved in the sustainability movement already!

5th Annual Sustainability Summit
Are you interested in climate change, food systems, our energy and water sources?
Do you want to learn about environmental projects on campus?
Are you interested in sustainability but don't know where to start?
The Chancellor's Advisory Committee on Sustainability (CACS)
cordially invites you to attend its 5th Annual Sustainability Summit,
held on Monday, April 21st, from 8am-1:30pm. The summit is a half-day
event that will recognize sustainability efforts on campus and provide
information on several aspects of sustainability and personal choices
you can make in your life during ten breakout sessions.
Everyone, no matter their role on campus or previous knowledge on sustainability, is welcome to attend!
