[cai-asia] Query on waste management

Friends,

I seek your assistance in identifying case studies where
municipalities have entered into municipal waste sale and purchase
agreements with private sector operators and the outcomes, if any. I
have been assigned the task of developing such an agreement for a
project we are about to undertake so it would be helpful if there were
any lessons and experiences that could be shared.
