Hello,
Getting this error when trying to ping using the Admin WSDL
Same dev token & pwd with no issue when using the Inventory Services WSDL
Any idea why we get it ?
Thank you
Coby

I called the Ping method on a few different services in V7 and was
unable to reproduce the error. Does it consistently fail on that one
particular service?

thank you - tried 10 times and eventually got it
any idea why it will not work every time ? is it a load issue ?

I am getting this as well, intermittently as well.

yesterday the admin service was working. this morning around 8:30 MST it stopped working, then at 10AM MST it came back up and started working correctly. now it's down again.

Upon further testing I did manage to expose some intermittent bad
behavior. It could be load, or perhaps one of our servers is in a bad
state. I have notified our operations team to investigate.

Our ops team has taken action, and the API seems to be responding more
consistently. Coby, Adam, do things look better for you now?

Must be in Wisconsin.

That's strange. I am very consistently getting successful responses,
with response times mostly under 50ms.

on the integration that i am working on i am consistently getting "Server was unable to process request. Authentication/Authorization failed." errors on the SOAP object as a result of the "GetAuthorizationList" function, i have triple checked my credentials that i am passing and they all look ok.

the strange thing is that every now and then i refresh the service and it returns normally but then i do it ~30 seconds later and it's back down.

i am still getting the error from the CA web service, is there a way i can validate the credentials i am passing in? i don't think it's that but i am not sure what to troubleshoot.

this morning i refreshed my SOAP service references, deleted access to the account that i am using for my develper key so that i could test requesting access again to see if that was it and i can't even use the request access call because it's erring out before the call is made.

I am also getting this error.  We are currently only able to get about 1-2 calls in a day
