For all the U.S. eastcoaster's like myself, FNM presale for the NYC July 5th show starts tuesday 3/16. Ticketmaster days the presale is available to fanclub members...which fanclub are they refering to, because I have not received any mention from any of the Patton or FNM sites I am part of. Does anyone know the presale code?

Anyone hear any buzz as to whether or not we could be holding out for other shows...if there will be any other US shows at this point?
The NY show is on pretty much one of the only dates this summer that I cannot make and the CA shows are just too far for me to swing it....so it's not looking to promising at this point and it's gonna suck not to be able to catch at least 1 show on this tour.
