Mine had little screws that held it together.

I need to replace the glass and seals on some of mine as well, however mine are ABI.  Anyone done this on the older ABI ports?  I know that the size is different from the ABI ports as currently sold by sailboatstuff.com.  I know this because I bought a replacement glass and seal for both the small round and the rectangle ports.  Neither fit my older ABI ports, as the sizes were clearly wrong.  I'm not sure when CR switched from Perko to ABI and then to Newfound Metals.  So, if anyone has any idea how to remove the glass from my 1987 vintage ABI ports and what is a good source for seal material, I'd graciously accept advice.
Thanks,

We recently rebuilt all of our portlights as well.  Found that standard 1/4 square silicon gasket works well if your trim the edges off the inside and bed with a dab of silpruf (or other silicone adhesive).  The perko fits nicely but the material did not seem that robust.  Had new acrylic cut from tap plastics.
