I hope that each of you are having a happy and joyous holiday season and
want to wish each of you a Happy New Year! It is hard to believe that we
will be seeing each other in just 26 days at No Frills 2012! I know that
the Regional Board of Directors and the conference staff at University of
Delaware are very excited for your arrival in Newark! I just have a few
important updates for each of you to help ring in 2012!

*BIDDING AT NO FRILLS 2012?*
We had an amazing response to bidding at No Frills 2012 and are excited to
see the great showcase of accomplishments in the boardroom. Don't forget
that you can submit a pre-bid to the Regional Board of Directors for some
great feedback which are due *Friday, January 6, 2011 at 11:59pm EST* to
Curtis J. Clark at ca_direc...@nacurh.org. All final bids must be submitted
in PDF format to Curtis J. Clark at ca_direc...@nacurh.org by *Friday,
January 20, 2011 at 11:59pm EST*. If you have any questions about the
bidding process please do not hesitate to contact me or Richard J.

*Weekly Bidding Reminders- **Week 5 (ending 1/6)*
- Enjoy the holiday!
- Brainstorm a theme for the bid at dinner conversations with family
- Gather pictures, handouts, programs from the event or initiative being
bid when you’re bored of your great aunt Suzie
- Letters of Intent Due 12/30
- Recover from your tryptophan coma and dessert overload
- Set your New Years resolution to complete a phenomenal bid
- Begin gathering content from bid team members
- Assemble content into rough bid format
- Collect quotes from program attendees, organizers, etc. to fill space
- Identify authors of letters of support and invite them to write a
letter
- Pre-Bid Submissions Due 1/6

*TRAVEL TO NO FRILLS 2012*
The RHA President from NJIT has informed me that they have 7 seats
available to travel to No Frills. They are willing to offer transportation
to anyone between *Newark, NJ and Newark, DE*. The individuals will be
required to sign a liability waiver. If you are interested in these seats
please contact Curtis J. Clark at ca_direc...@nacurh.org.

The Regional Directorship (*Curtis, Steven, Lauren, and Grant*) will be
leaving January 2-7 for the Corporate Semi Annual Business Meeting in
Boulder, CO. Please note that during this time our responses may be
slightly delayed.
