HEY CAACURH!?!?!?!?!

Greetings from the Semi-Annual Business Meeting at the University of
Colorado-Boulder! The National Board of Directors is hard at work this week
to ensure that NACURH, Inc. remains the best organization in the world! I
am so excited to see each of you at No Frills 2012 in just *23* days!!!

Don't forget to submit your pre-bid to the Regional Board of Directors for
some great feedback by *Friday, January 6, 2011 at 11:59pm EST* to Curtis

Make sure to mark your calendar for the final bid deadline, which must be

*Weekly Bidding Reminders- **Week 5 (ending 1/6)*

   - Recover from your tryptophan coma and dessert overload
   - Set your New Years resolution to complete a phenomenal bid
   - Begin gathering content from bid team members
   - Assemble content into rough bid format
   - Collect quotes from program attendees, organizers, etc. to fill space
   - Identify authors of letters of support and invite them to write a
   letter
   - Pre-Bid Submissions Due 1/6

*CAACURH CONFERENCE EVALUATION!!!*

The conference staff at Towson University is looking for your feedback!
They have been wrapping up all the details from our conference to prepare
some advice as Rutgers finalizes their plans for CAACURH 2012. Part of that
advice comes from *YOU! *Please take a few minutes to fill out the
conference evaluation below so we can find out what you liked and didn't
like about this year's conference. If you could take a few minutes out
sometime before January 5, 2012 to give us your feedback, it would be
greatly appreciated!

*BIDDING ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION*

When the Regional Board of Directors meet at University of Delaware for our
Winter Summit we held the first every bidding roundtable for individuals
that were interested in running for a position on the RBD. Our wonderful
RCC for Bidding has compiled a list of information from the roundtable
discussion that is attached to this email. If you have any questions or

*TRAVEL OPTION- NO FRILLS 2012*
 There are still  7 seats available to travel to No Frills from the NJIT
delegation. They are willing to offer transportation to anyone between *Newark,
NJ and Newark, DE*. The individuals will be required to sign a liability
waiver. If you are interested in these seats please contact Curtis J. Clark

*NSRO T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST*

Want to be a part of NACURH History? Well then take part in designing the
next T-shirt to be sold by the NACURH Services and Recognition Office. We
are looking for 2 different t-shirts, One for NACURH and One for NRHH. The
shirts should incorporate what the brand stands for. (NRHH could include
but not limited to: Logo, Motto, Pillars, Diamonds, Etc.) (NACURH could
include but not limited to: Logo, Motto, Regions, Mascots, Etc.) We are
looking for creativity.

We invite you on the process with us. All t-shirt designs must follow the
rules stated below. We encourage you to have a bit of fun and be creative!
Designs need to be submitted no later than *January 18th, 2012*.

*Rules for T-shirt Designs*

   1. By submitting a design you agree to these terms and conditions.
   2. Submitted t-shirt designs should have a theme related to NACURH or
   NRHH. The design must be your own work.
   3. Designs should be sent electronically as INDD files (.indd) or JPG
   files (.jpg) But would prefer a vector base file in case design needs to be
   tweaked.  Send your t-shirt design to: n...@nacurh.org.
   4. If your t-shirt design has a title, please indicate this in your
   email. Also indicate any other information you feel is relevant.
   5. Include your full name and contact details in your submission and put
   't-shirt design' in the subject field.
   6. Submission gives the NSRO the right to publish the artwork as a
   t-shirt to be reproduced by the NSRO and in publicity material related to
   the NSRO and NACURH. Copyright will however remain with the artists.
   7. Artists whose designs are published will be notified.
   8. The NSRO reserves the right not to publish all submitted designs.

Hey CAACURH!?!?!? Do you have something you want to share with the region
that you think is special. We are looking for members to submit articles
for the next Cougar Spirit volume. If you have a great idea or story that
you would like to share with the region please submit your article to Phil
Rathosky (ca_nrh...@nacurh.org) by *January 20, 2012 at 11:59pm EST*.

*SPRING SEMESTER PRESIDENTS CHAT*

Our RCC for Presidential Relations & RHA Development has informed me that a
time has been set for bi-weekly chats. Their chat time is officially set
for *Tuesdays at 10:00 PM*. These chats will start on Tuesday, January
10th, 2012.

Please encourage your RHA Presidents to attend. If you have any questions
