I spoke to your answering machine yesterday (I think it was yours). My
apartment is vacant and clean and I'm paying rent on it as I signed a year
lease. I'm desparately trying to get someone to rent it. There is a
stove, refrig and dishwasher in the apartment, walk-in closet in the
bedroom, full bath, patio with storage closet. It is a lower unit, but my
neighbors were extremely quiet and well behaved. Covered parking, very
nice pool, jacuzzi and workout room, laundry facility with lots of washers
and dryers. The complex also offers tennis courts with free tennis
clinics, and free brunch every other Sunday in the club house, which is
also available for private rental. The rent starts at $715/mo and goes
down according to how long your lease is. The complex is in Carlsbad's
SeaScape Apartments right off the Poinsettia offramp. You make a left on
Bataquitos and the complex is on your left across from the fire
department. The managers office is your first right on Melaleuca and the
unit in question is 944-G. Talk to Jackie or Linda and tell them I sent
