JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:
-Required: Siebel Certified 2000 or 2001 Consultant
-2 years strong Siebel/CRM experience
-5+ years business analyst experience
-BA in finance or information systems.
-Familiarity with Rational Rose and/or UML
-Willing to do short term travel
-Strong process design & re-engineering skills
-Experienced in gathering & documenting detailed functional requirements
-MUST have excellent verbal, written & presentation skills
- Must have experience in producing Siebel business case studies.
One of the following attributes would be preferred:
-Insurance Industry experience
-Retail Banking experience
-Large Firm Consulting experience
-MBA
