John Regehr submitted a bug last night that led me to discover I had
accidentally written over the native machine dependency file. So anybody
running cXprop for normal desktop programs has probably been getting
incorrect answers.
This bug has been lurking since I added the 8051 machine dependency file
(a few months back). Either you are not compiling the code for native
execution, using an older version of cXprop, or assumed cXprop had bugs.
The fix is not actually posted yet. I have to update the cXprop web site
with some new build instructions (long overdue) and then post the new
source files. That makes this sort-of a non-message, but I wanted to get
the word out. I should have the new version up in an hour or two.
