Gnawzz looked across the valley, green (but mostly purple) with
envy. Another group of Dinosaurs and Mammals was having a picnic,
complete with peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches, small ones for the
Mammals, bigger ones for the Dinosaurs. Everything was perfect. It
drove her absolutely cheezowie whenever she thought about it. And here
she was seeing it. Again.
   But Gnawzz was smarter than your average Monster. On top of that,
she happened to be somewhat rich, as far as Monsters go anyway. And
Gnawzz had just had a wonderfully terrible idea. One that would make
sure that the Dinosaurs and Mammals could never get along again,
because every single one of them would be extinct. Happily thinking of
ways to get rid of the two, she snatched a large fly out of the air
and popped it in her mouth.

Building the Castle
Part 1, Chapter Two: Imminent Collision

   Gnawzz had called a meeting with the biggest, scariest and ugliest
monsters in the world, and they agreed on one thing for sure: either
the Mammals or the Dinos had to go. Mentroscis, one of the younger,
almost intelligent monsters, was gurgling out his opinion when
finally, Gnawzz spoke up. "Enough! Since we can't agree on a way to
get rid of the Dinosaurs or the Mammals, and I'm the only one here who
can really speak, we'll use my idea. And my idea... is this. Tonight,
we'll sneak into the home of that brainiac Dino, Dr. Froster, and
steal his new invention: the... Big, ugly computer-magnet. Something
like that. Then, we'll aim it up at that big, annoying meteor that's
been orbiting the planet, and send it crashing down to Earth! No more
pesky Dinosaurs!" Everyone cheered at the idea. Well, sort of. Some of
them roared, most of them gurgled.
