That would be the Friday before (tentative) <br> publication, and December 12 + 13 weeks = March 20th. <br> First draft deadline could be roughly Fri Jan 23rd (6 weeks later), and <br> since Code4Lib 2009 is February 23-26, we might move the second draft <br> deadline up a few days (3.5 weeks), say to Weds. that provides &lt; 3 months between deadline for proposals and publication. <br> a little short if we need another week after december 19 for voting on <br> the proposals and notifying authors. You really need to figure 4 weeks <br> from acceptance to first draft, 4 weeks from first to second draft, and <br> 4 weeks from second draft to publication, right?
