Fwd: BYUARC Closing Social Details

Hi Everyone,

We now have the final details for our closing social and barbecue tomorrow evening!  We will be meeting at Becky's house in Orem (420 South 1000 East) at 6:00 pm.  After meeting up there, we will have a fox hunt so make sure you bring your radios if you have them (even those of you who are not licensed ham radio operators can participate equally in a fox hunt).  After the fox hunt (likely around 7pm) we will eat delicious garbage can roasted pig that Jim will be cooking for us.  We ask that you bring a side or dessert to contribute to the group, along with a few dollars to help pay for the main dish.  After eating, we will have s'mores around the fire pit and enjoy each other's company.  

Once again, a very important part of the closing social will be the election of new club officers for the next school year. Those of you who cannot make it but would like to run for a particular position should notify Walter or me via e-mail by 3pm Wednesday. Please note that only dues-paid student members of the club can vote or run for a position. (If you haven't paid your dues yet, you can do so online at the BYU Clubs website).
