CQ CQ CQ to all who have expressed a willingness to help with the merit badge powwow - remember it is tomorrow and November 14th - thanks for your help.  Here is some important information to remember, sent by the event coordinator:

<Thanks for your willingness to teach at this year's PowWow. I know you have done this several times in the past, so I will spare you the long e-mail explaining the entire program. Just as a reminder the dates of the PowWow are Oct. 31st and Nov. 14th. The classroom you will be teaching in is 3380 of the WSC. The class schedule is as follows:

1st hour: 9:00am-10:15am

2nd hour: 10:25am-11:30am

3rd hour: 11:40am-12:45pm>

I have picked up several "staff" T-shirts - a couple of size large and a couple of size medium - which I will bring with me tomorrow. If there are more who can help, or if I have not picked the right size for you, you can pick up a shirt tomorrow morning at the powwow HQ: ESC pendulum court.

Please arrive by 8:00 AM if possible, so that you can take care of all the preparation work and be ready to help in the classroom by 8:30. Thanks and 73
