This was done to (hopefully) allow the use of PL encoding to cure the
interference on the input of the repeater and still be able to send DTMF
codes to the controller for the internet connection. I suspect that will
be tested soon. If it works the 2m repeater will be configured to
require 100 Hz PL tone be present in the received signal for it to be
repeated.
In the meantime, if you notice any unusual behavior such as garbled audio
or DTMF codes that used to work but don't now, please let me know so we
can investigate whether it is caused by the filter or by other problems.
