Happy to have completed 500 Krishna verses, and continuing:

सर्वासु दिक्षु पश्यामि पदचिह्नानि ते हरे ।
अभितोऽसीति जानामि न तु पश्यामि ते मुखम् ।। ।
O Krishna, I see your footprints in all directions. I know that you are near, and yet I do not see your face.

In the soft words of children, O Krishna, there is your voice. In the dance of the youth with young ladies is your own dance, O Krishna.

In the bowers in the woods, the tweeting of birds is the sound of your flute. In the running of the deer in the forest is your own play.

In the feathers of peacocks, O Krishna, is your head-ornament. O Lord, there is a reflection of yours in the eyes of the she-deer.

The blue color of the sky is a sign of your body, and how could there be darkness in the clouds without you?

Continuing my Krishna verses:

समीरणोऽयं सम्पृक्तस्तुषारैर्यामुनैर्हरे ।
कुञ्जे कुञ्जे श्रूयते ते मधुरं वेणुवादनम् ।। ।
O Krishna, this breeze is permeated with the spray of the waters of Yamuna, and in every glen is the sweet sound of your flute.

O Lord, I know that you exist everywhere. You exist covering everything in all ten directions.

Even so, O Madhav, become visible to my eyes. O Govinda, purify me, your friend, with your vision.

Recognizing the pain in my heart and the disturbance of my mind, my lack of satisfaction and my fear, Madhava’s heart melted.

Dear Sudarshan Ji,

Here is the only reference to the use of पुनीतानाम्  as a noun in Böhtlingk's Sanskrit Wörterbuch, Vol 4. He gives a reference to Mahabharata, but says that it is better to read सुनीतानाम्.  Monier Williams' reference to Mahabharata for this word is probably based on Böhtlingk.  Böhtlingk is referring to the old Calcutta edition, as he was working many decades before the appearance of the BORI critical edition.  Here is the reference in Böhtlingk:

image.png
It is clear that पुनीत has such a rare and doubtful occurrence in Sanskrit.  But it does appear in most modern languages, the best example being the Devi song recited by Jasraj पुनीतपदपङ्कजा..., where it almost re-enters in a vernacular-Sanskrit combination. It does appear in Hindi and Marathi dictionaries. The word probably had a continuous life in Prakrits.  With best wishes,

पुनीतपदस्य presence in Monier Williams' & Apte's dictionaries was puzzling, along with MW mentioning the source as MBh. Thank you for the reference to Böhtlingk's along with his "Es ist wohl zu lesen". It not only points to the "possible source" for the MW entry, but also demonstrated to me, a student, the attention-to-detail of the lexicographers of the Wörterbuch.

Continuing my Krishna verses:

करुणाजलधेरस्य कृष्णस्य हृदये तदा ।
सुहृदं प्रति चिन्तेयं सौहृदात् समुपस्थिता ।। ।
Out of friendship, this thought regarding his friend arose in the heart of Krishna, the Ocean of Compassion.

I know everything that is bothering my friend who is dear to me as my life. With the collyrium of knowledge I will take away the darkness.

May the disturbance of his mind quickly go away, so that he will always reside in the empire of his own peace.

Let me say something that will please the mind of my dear friend and the darkness will be broken up.

Thinking thus, the compassionate Madhava said something to enlighten Madhava.

I guess it is used as an adjective
- in the same sense as of pUta.

[But then, is it not also the case that
a good many adjectives (= not all) turn soon enough into nouns,
or at least are ambivalent?]

Not as noun.

Krishna said to me.
[Partly inspired by James Dillet Freeman’s 1947 poem “I am there,” taken to the moon by astronaut James B. Irwin on Apollo 15]

Dear Professor Sahab,
It's really a new idea and style to present the
devotion/Bhakti to Shri Krishna.I am indeed delighted. But you don't remember the Divine Couple including Rajarajeshwari Alabeli Aparimitakarunaamayi Sachchidaanandarupaa  Radha ShriKrishnasya paanigrihiti api vane Brahmavaivartaanusaarena.Although SriKrisna is Akaaranakarunaavarunaalayah but in doing karunaa Raadhaa goes superior to Shri Krishna as She never examines her Bhaktas especially sharanaagatas.

That is an interesting point, Nagaraj Ji.  While Radha is certainly not unknown to Maharashtra, Bhakti in Maharashtra focuses more commonly on Krishna/Vitthala, the divine father [Bāp], described as Rakhumādevīvara, and hence on a different phase of Krishna's life.

Dear Professor Paturi,
I am very pleased to read your question about Sri Radhaji.Vrindavana is the centre of Sri Krisna bhakti.Devotees belonging to
all schools have established their Asramas and mathas there. As far as I know all schools wordhip sriKrisna with Radha. There are various quotations relating to it are avl. In different puranas.DeviBhahavata,Padma,Skanda,Brahmavaivarta,etc.and Gargasamhita,Brahmasamhita, etc.many Pancharatra texts read that Radha and Krisna are two apparent forms of One and the single Paramatmaa.Acc.to the Gargasamhita the all 8 pataraanis are the manifest forms of sri Radhaji. She is not mentioned  only in the SrimadBhagavata which is explained by Mahatmas with diifferent views.Saguna Upasanaa is yugala Upasanaa.I have known that in some parts of India Rukmini and Vitthala are worshipped.Bhagavaan SriKrisna says on different occasions that if Radha is not happy I am never happy. The supernatural Goloka is here depicted with many legends popular in Vaisnava's homes.Similarly in sri SitaRam Upasanaa without sita's pleasure Ram is never pleased. This had been written by Karapatra Swami in his book titled Bhaktisudha.
Nothing more do I know.I am an ordinary man following Upasakas like you people. Please excuse me if I wrote something contrary to the Shastras.

I regret to inform you that since today Bharatiya Vidvat Parishat has ignored my membership as whenever I want to post my view clicking reply all it doesnot appear on the screen of my Computer or my Android Mobile phone.Until yesterday it was all right. I don't know any reason for it. I remember some years back you had changed my email Id on the request of Mr Vir N.Pandurangi for me.Without the pleasure of these shastraic discussions I would be sad.
I would like to request you to look into the matter and revive my membership. Just 1 hour back I posted a reply regarding Radha for the pleasure of you scholars.I am afraid it may have not been sent to your email addresses.

Dear Professor Deshpande,
I had expressed my humble suggestion about Radha ji.It's a matter of spiritual bliss and nothing else.As far as I know Radha is worshipped with Krisna everywhere.Your poetry is not a general one but it should be considered a devotional poetry.Hence my advice is not aimed at any narrow thinking but  is to deepen   the love emotion.A few years back Prof.Rasik vihari Joshi has also written a lot on Radha-Krisna Bhakti.Bhakti poetry has to be preserved within the bounds of Indian Culture.Nothing more to write. All are here Sanskrit Scholars.Jaya Radhe Shyama.Pranamaami punah punah.

There are views ranging from

non-recognition of Radha as part of Bhagavata sampradaaya as there is no direct mention of the name in Srimadbhaagavata puraaNa

through acceptance of Radha as a concept but from outside  Srimadbhaagavata puraaNa

and through acceptance of Radha as a concept but from within  Srimadbhaagavata puraaNa interpreting a certain event in Rasalila as describing Radha only though name is not mentioned

to the view that Sri Krishna can not be without Radha and Radha is superior to Sri Krishna.

To my knowledge, in Gaudiya Vaishnava, Radha is taken as the aaraadhyataa /aasvaadyataa in Sri Krishna and hence the idea of Sri Krishna without Radha is a misnomer.

-----------------------------------------

Prof. Deshpande , though Maadhva by family tradition, seems to be not following any 'Vaadabheda' to use the frequently used term from many Bhakti poets.

-----------

My intention was as Dr B V K Sastry said, not to ask the poet to follow a specific tradition.

----

Prof. Girish Jha too, as can be seen from his mails too saattvika to force any one to do anything.

It appears to be his abhinives'a for the primacy of Radha that made him express the way he did.

Dear colleagues,
Dharma and Bhakti start from the faith.Only that Tarka[logic] is
permissible there which is approved by
Veda-Shastras.Tarkaapratisthaanaat.// As far as the Srimad Bhagavata
is concerned acc. to Indian Vaisnav Saints Shukadeva ji approached
his father Veda Vyasa. He began to narrate the srimadBhagavata and as
soon as Radha's name was pronounced Shukadeva reached the stage of
Samaadhi. This is why Veda Vyasa removed Radha's name from the
SrimadBhagavata. But in several contacts Radha is mentioned
indirectly.During the Raasalilaa Gopis, looking for srikrisna, went to
the middle part of the forest and found a particular Gopi sitting with
tears in her eyes.VedaVyasa sings,
" anayaaraadhito nunam Bhagavaan Harir iishvarah/ Yan no vihaaya
govindah priityaa taam anayad rahah"

Radha's name was removed but the root radh with upasarga "aa"has been
used. In some other contexts the word raadhas ha been employed and
somewhere Radha is remembered in different styles. In other
Puranas such as Padma,Skanda,Brahmavaivarta,DeviBhagavata and the like
Radha's name has been directly written. Many Pancharatra texts also
read Radha's name directly. The Gargasamhita depicts Radha in detail.
Radha and Krisna are anaadisiddha nitya divya dampatii in
Goloke.WhenKrishna came to the Martyaloke Radha became the role model
for devotion in parakiyaa bhaava. This is why Radha is not married to
Krisna.Vaisnavas of different schools consider Radha their svaamini [
aadyaa aachaaryaa]. In the Gagasamhita and some other texts
there is a legend that many devotees expressed their desire to marry
or embrace sri Ram. He prohibited them as he was Ekapatnivrata and
inspired them to come to Dvaapara for Kaantaa bhaava. This is one of
various reasons of Krisnaavataara. These things are the matter of firm
belief. If you would try to prove these things on logic then the whole
theism
fall and scatter on the ground.
Dear Indologists,I came to know this idea at the lotus feet of old
saints. There are many other things and texts which I could not quote
for fear of expansion.
If my views are not acceptable please excuse me.
Iti RadhaKrisnadaasaanudaasakinkarasya Girish Kumar Jha sharmanah.

I am enchanted to relish this shloka  full  of extreme and exclusive bhakti.I felt earlier your bhakti is mixed with divine knowledge but this one revealed your pure(unmixed)Bhakti
that is surrendering and rare and is noteworthy that these people are very very dear to ShriKrishna.Pranamami.
