BusyCal Not Receiving Invitations from Mail
|
| |
Hi,
I'm having issues getting BusyCal to automatically retrieve
invitations from Mail. I have the relevant box checked in BusyCal,
BusyCal is set to be the default calendar app, iCal is closed and set
to not retrieve invites. Yet, when an invite appears, it does not get
added to BusyCal—I have to click on the .ics file to add it to... more »

Adding to Meeting Invites.

Is there a way to add or reply to all on an invite? I often receive meeting invites from other people and need to add information to the invite for all to share. Even the ability to reply to all would be helpful.

Coincidentally, I was just today thinking I wanted to get back into the stream of discussion on this group because I find it really annoying not to be able to turn off all calendars at once in order to turn on just one, and thinking that it would be wonderful to be able to has "sets" of calendars to turn on or off together, depending on how I want to work out planning and appointment lists for my own use or for sharing with others in printed form.... more »

Tagging Filters
|

Love BusyCal, but there are a few improvements it could stand. One of
them is the way the tagging works.
Unless I am missing something (and please let me know if I do), the
only way to work with the tags is to search for a specific tag through
a Find command. That is fairly limiting almost to the point where... more »

"Default" calendar in BusyCal
|
| |
I am syncing BusyCal to iCloud, here's the setup:
* Three event calendars, two of which are shared and inside a folder.
* Two task calendars, both are inside a folder
See screenshot: <[link]>
If I'm on task calendar and use ⌘-n to create a new event, it always defaults to a specific calendar (in this case, "55M Shared"). How do I determine what that default calendar is? I would like it to default to "Work" calendar if possible. I've already made it the default calendar in iCloud.com by moving it to the top.... more »

Problems publishing and subscribing to Google Calendar
|

Hi, I have a problem with syncing between my Google Calendar and iCal
using BusySync. I don't see any reference to the same problem in the
forums already. Maybe someone can help.
I follow the directions provided by BusySync on how to publish and
subscribe to Google calendars:

Tungle cal invites mistakenly insert "15 min after" as my alarm
|
| |
I have noticed that ALL calendar invites I accept from Tungle set the
'my alarm' field in BusyCal to 15 minutes after. I cannot figure out
how to change this behavior.
Within BusyCal Preferences: Alarms, the 'default alarm to new events'
is 15 minutes before.
Why does it not set the 'alarm' field instead of 'my alarm' field?... more »
