Larry,
You can repeat an event on the last day of the month by opening the custom repeat dialog and selecting the "L" that appears at the end of the Monthly repeat grid.
Regards,
-John

There is a missing feature in BusyCal that is in iCal for monthly
repeating events. If you want the event to repeat monthly on the LAST
day of the month, BusyCal does not offer that choice- only last
weekday or last weekend day. Anyone else find this problem?

 MadMaxx,
Only the Organizer of an event can edit it. BusyCal uses the email address in your Address Book Me Card to determine the organizer.
To solve this, launch Address Book, select Card > Go to My Card, and make sure that your email address is listed on that card. Then you should be able to process meeting invitations.

I have created an appointment in BusyCal...it then migrated [synced]
through to my iCal [as expected] and then got pushed through to the
iPhone via MobileMe.
My customer then rescheduled and when I tried to change the event on
the iPhone [thinking it would change all the way back to the
iCal>BusyCal, it would not allow an edit.

My BusyMac is also freezing on startup. It seems to be related to the
recent update. Interestingly, the time indicator in my menu bar also
seems to be frozen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Most birthdays are showing in BusyCal v1.1.1 but one stubbornly
refuses to appear on 13 January (1923).
I've tried the iCal preferences toggling trick (show/hide birthdays),
even tried changing the birthday in Address Book, created a new entry
in Address Book, started and quit iCal/Address Book/BusyCal but this

 John -
I'll be patient. BusyCal is such an elegant solution, I'm sure the
AddressBook solution will be worth the wait. I tell everyone I know
about it, in the hopes that they will purchase a license and fund the
development of AddressBook.
Keep up the good work.
-Tom
PS - If you are looking for beta testers . . .

 John,
Thanks for the quick reply. Things are working properly now, but there
is one lesson for others here. When you publish new calendars to
Google you have to refresh the *browser* window, not hit the Refresh
button above the calendar for the new calendars to appear in the
list.
Thanks again!
James

 James,
Once you publish a calendar from BusySync to Google, that calendar should show up on Google the next time you refresh your web browser. If that's not happening, you may be experiencing error of some sort. If so, please send me your logs so I can see what the problem is.
You can send the logs by clicking the following link:

 Dan,
As you've discovered, if you are subscribed to an Exchange calendar in Snow Leopard iCal, BusyCal will have read-only access to that calendar.
To make a copy of an event on the Exchange calendar, you can select the event and copy it (Command-C), then select your Work calendar and paste it (Command-V).

Is there a way to copy an event from an Exchange calendar to an iCal
one? In the latest release (v 1.1.1), I can not do this from an
Exchange calendar (it gives an error about not having permission to
write to that calendar).
I have a "Work" iCal calendar, as well as my Exchange calendar from my
office.
