  Well, that certainly solves the problem! &lt;br&gt; I went back and looked at the options in NUD, and the todo status &lt;br&gt; stays visible regardless of whether the user shows the event time or &lt;br&gt; not. Showing the status, *without* time clutter is what I&#39;m asking &lt;br&gt; for, and your solution makes it even more flexible. &lt;br&gt; If you choose to implement, (doit, doit, doit) either the NUD way, or

Right now the preference to &amp;quot;Display times in month view&amp;quot; has a double meaning -- it shows start times for events and also shows the To Do status as a bullet or checkmark. Are you requesting that we offer separate preferences for each, like this? &lt;br&gt; x Display times in month view

  Sas, &lt;br&gt; When you complete a To Do, it puts the completed To Do on the current date. So, if you&#39;ve selected a To Do on March 31 and mark it as completed on January 7th, the To Do will be marked as completed and placed on January 7th. &lt;br&gt; -John

  I have my To Do preferences set to show completed To Dos in both &lt;br&gt; calendar and To Do list. &lt;br&gt; I have a To Do with a Due Date of 31 March 2010. As it&#39;s already been &lt;br&gt; completed, I clicked the completed tick box in the To Do list, at &lt;br&gt; which point the To Do disappeared from both the list and the calendar, &lt;br&gt; despite my preferences setting.

  The options available in the Custom pop-up are pretty powerful! &lt;br&gt; I do think that the &amp;quot;L&amp;quot; is not very intuitive, though, John?   Mike, &lt;br&gt; It sounds like your preferences may be corrupted. You can reset your default preferences, as follows: &lt;br&gt; 1. Quit BusyCal. &lt;br&gt; 2. Launch Terminal (in /Applications/Utilities), paste the following text and press return. &lt;br&gt; defaults delete com.busymac.busycal &lt;br&gt; 3. Quit Terminal. &lt;br&gt; 4.   Hi, &lt;br&gt; For some reason, the side panel that contains the Info Panel and To Do &lt;br&gt; List won&#39;t appear. I&#39;ve tried the buttons at the bottom of the &lt;br&gt; screen, the View menu items and nothing. I&#39;ve closed and restarted &lt;br&gt; the application too. &lt;br&gt; Any ideas? I&#39;m running version 1.1.1
