Is there any way to rearrange banners? Most of the time I like banners
in a certain order and I can't figure out how to shift them in order.
If not, could that be something that is added to a future release?
I'll add your request for custom banner sorting to the wishlist.
Currently, banners are sorted based on their length (longer banners
are on top) and then sorted by creation date (oldest on top).
Therefore, if you have a bunch of 1-day banners, the oldest will be on
top and the newest on the bottom. You can move a 1-day banner to the
bottom of the list, by deleting it and recreating it.

I don't seem to be able to recreate this behaviour. Yes, a two-day
banner appears above a one-day banner, but within a given day, all
banners for that day appear in strict alphabetical order and to
disregard creation date.

You are correct. My testing was faulty and I was naming the new
banners sequentially and thought it was sorting by creation date when
in fact it was sorting by title.
